Fulfillment Policy

Project Fulfillment

    • Website projects begin once payment is received and all required assets (such as content, images, and branding elements) are provided by the client.

    • Timelines for project completion will be outlined in the proposal, but delays may occur if required assets are not submitted in a timely manner.

    • Once the project is complete and the final payment is made, the website will be delivered, launched, or handed over as agreed.

Refund Policy

    • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any website builds, design work, or related services.

WebPulse Subscription

Service Fulfillment

    • WebPulse provides ongoing website optimizations and maintenance as part of a recurring subscription.

    • Updates and improvements are made each month based on site analytics, industry best practices, and client priorities.

Cancellation Policy

    • To cancel your WebPulse subscription, you must email [email protected] and request a cancellation.

    • A 30-day notice is required before cancellation takes effect.

    • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle following your notice period.

Website Hosting

Hosting Services

    • Websites hosted through Syzmic remain on our servers as long as the hosting plan is active.

Cancellation & Migration

    • If you wish to cancel your hosting service, you must migrate your website to a new hosting provider.

    • We will provide admin access so you can transfer your website, but the migration process is the client’s responsibility.

    • Hosting services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle following cancellation.
